KIANMAJU CONSTRUCTION Company was established in early 2011 and has been actively involved in the construction industry under the direction of founder Mr. Vincent Lim Chee Kian since 2012.

With three years of experience working with a local consulting firm, he is equipped with expertise in structural design, supervision, and client and authority interactions for various projects. KIANMAJU CONSTRUCTION is managed by Mr. Vincent Lim Chee Kian himself, assisted by two experienced employees.

KIANMAJU CONSTRUCTION is committed to being competitive with other construction companies (civil and structural works) by advocating and tendering projects, as well as maintaining professional management and construction practices to meet project requirements and specifications.

KIANMAJU CONSTRUCTION is a registered company with PUKONSA, CIDB, SPKK, and the Plumber Jabatan Air Negeri Sabah. The company has also gained the STATUS TARAF BUMIPUTERA (STB) to ensure eligibility for participation in both Sabah state fund and federal fund projects.
